All I can say is this Item is excellent and excatly what I required in the confined space I have as my bedroom on Bagram Air Base Afghanistan. It seems to be sturdy and is quite nice looking. The size is nice for the area we have it in and there is room for the computer and phone. It was a little time consuming to put together, but not too difficult. Sharper Image brand had a lot to do with my choosing over other brands. Nice desk for a student, or small workspace. highly recommended.
