I ordered it for my husband to use in his home office at our new home. Sadly, a similar one (also from Sauder) which was already assembled and used for many years, would not fit through the door of the office we were using at a temporary location. The movers (grrrr...) refused to disassemble it and abandoned it in our back yard. We immediately had a rain storm (of course). Everything else & all our boxes were inside, safe and dry, but the desk was ruined. The Sauder products come with clear, detailed instructions for assembly, and once assembled will last longer than you will, probably, but just don't let them get wet. It stayed outside and eventually just fell apart. I tried to keep it covered w/ an old shower curtain liner, but it always blew off w/ the wind. Hurricane Irene did it in!So, after we got settled at our new address, my husband was still desk-less. The desk was shipped quickly (unassembled, of course) and the delivery man left it leaning...
