I read review of this product in "[...]" and it seemed that this was a descent product but....[...] 2. Difficult assembly: I enjoy assembling furniture but this was no fun. Some of the screws don't even go into the holes, some of the screws are very small that it's difficult to place them in the holes; also as screws go in the pain comes off from the furniture. 3. The rolling keyboard tray and the draw do not roll back smoothly. They need extra push to go in and make noise while moving. I do not recommend this product. That is what I got. The desk is the PERFECT size! It was also easy to assemble, though on a couple of occasions it took a bit of muscle because a couple of the wholes were off their mark. Also, was a bit annoyed that the "wood finish" is actually a plastic coating over plywood, and upon finishing the assembly noticed that the overall structure is a bit weak. Essentially you pay $125 for a fairly sturdy, space saving desk WITH hutch that can be easily moved around on it's back wheels. So long as you're not planning on standing on the thing, I don't think there's anything major to worry about. I also have no problem with the sliding drawer and keyboard being the TINIEST amount stiff because this means they will stay put when the desk gets jiggled a little. Took about 2.5 hours to put together alone, and am perfectly satisfied and would have been willing to pay... People simply have no idea what they're talking about.I needed a desk in 2006 for my desktop, and I was looking around everywhere. This one appealed to me not only for the looks but the price and functionality. I paid about $80 for it on sale. Listen when I say this. This desk is STURDY. If you have a desktop and want a workstation in front of your LCD monitor (like for homework or office work), this works extremely well. Unlike people who have had the desk for 3 or 4 weeks and post a review, I have owned this since May 2006 and I know what I'm talking about. This desk will not break unless you decide to take a sledgehammer and bash the thing, or get a 350 pound man to use it as a step stool. The computer workstations for home discussed over usually are not the sole sorts readily available. You might need to check out a laptop or computer cart. Computer golf trolleys are small workstations with wheels. They are for flexibility. Carts are for users who need to save area within their property or workplace.
